• Provide us with your order number
• Product name
• Issue regarding product
• All items returned or exchanged must be returned in original packing, all tags still attached.
• Please note we do not refund shipping and handling fee. 
• Contact us before shipping any products back to us. No refund or exchange will be made without confirmation. You will be contacted as soon as returned item is received and inspected. Return Items to:

Standard shipping times for in stock merchandise. Please note certain items are shipped directly from our manufactures and will be noted on product page. Orders received after 1pm on Fridays will be shipped out the following Monday.

You will be emailed Tracking information once your order is shipped. 

Please verify your address on all orders. We can not be held responsible for orders delivered to wrong address. 

Flat rate shipping within the United States unless otherwise stated for over sized items - $8.95 USPS

Eastern and Central Shipping times 3-5 business days for delivery.

Please contact us if you would like us to use Fedex or UPS for shipping. We are more then will to ship with other carriers at request. 

Mountain and Pacific Shipping times 4-6 business days for delivery.

International Shipping

Orders outside of the United States please contact us for shipping cost. All non- US orders may incur duty, tax . Contact your local office for customs fees.
